If ever you're going to leave the philippines for 'bout a couple of years or for good. what philippines delicacy will you miss the most.?

Not sure yet,.have never been there to find out ,.however ,.I here that the weather there is great so I imagine I would be missing the warmth ! ( food wise I love spicy and hot things as well ! )
